My mom makes our peanut butter in a VitaMix. It's just organic raw peanuts and a little bit of olive oil. I like to watch the machine grind it all up.
My brother and I think it tastes great especially on apple slices.

Oh Yummy. I am sure it tastes better, but how many cups of peanuts make a cup of peanut butter? Is it cost effective or so special price doesn't matter?

How much olive oil do you put with the peanuts? The peanut butter does look very good.
